Description: As you age, changes in balance, strength and overall health may increase your risk of falling. Noel Leonard, doctor of Physical Medicine at Providence St. Vincent Rehab, will discuss factors that contribute to fall, strategies to help keep yourself safe, and ways to prevent falls. You will receive a free mobility kit.
