Description: Ryan Bowers is an Operational Technology/ Industrial Control Systems Cybersecurity Specialist. He has 15 years experience working in various capacities within the Energy Sector, Industrial Manufacturing, Food Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Logistics and the Aerospace Industry. He has worked with companies such as Amazon, EnergySec, FXI, Ran-Tech Engineering, SpaceX, Bell Helicopters, Coca-Cola and the Department of Defense.
His presentation will address spam, updates on security software, multi-factored authentication, pass phrases, robocalls (don't answer; don't argue or explain) and recent topics that are prevalent and plaguing the cyber security community, free anti-virus or security software and online training for security awareness.
