Foods and Practices for Healthy Aging
With every decade, our health needs change. And while we often feel these differences in our bodies, we were never taught hot to adjust our daily routines. You are invited to a workshop dedicated to the incredible variety of food, nutrients and lifestyle practices that help support healthy aging.
Erin Fredericks, MScN, will teach the workshop using a small-group format with take home workbook recipes and resources.
When: There will be six weekly Zoom sessions: Oct 5 - Nov 10th, Wednesdays, 1-3 PM or Thursdays, 10 AM - Noon.
