Join us on Zoom for volunteer orientation and training. Email: volunteer@riverwestvillage.org to talk with a fellow volunteer about what you would enjoy that fits into your busy life. See elsewhere on this website for our volunteer and driver applications and opportunities.

To receive the Zoom link to the volunteer training session, please send an email message to: volunteer@riverwestvillage.org   Please include your name, street address, and a phone number where you can be reached during the day.  You will receive the Zoom link and more information in an email message.

Volunteers are the heart and soul of River West Village. Everything we do wouldn't happen without you - the volunteers who contribute a little to a lot of time. The opportunities range from designing the bingo card for the picnic icebreaker or delivering a gift and having a porch visit to meeting with new members, training volunteers, hosting an activity, a weekly shift in our virtual office or driving someone to a medical appointment.

As we head into the summer season, we are doing more in-person activities and outreach to bring new members and volunteers into our Village. Other volunteers are needed to provide services to members and with operations and administration. If there's something you enjoy doing as a volunteer, we need you. A few of our immediate needs include:
