We celebrated Chinese New Year 2019 at the Golden Horse Seafood Restaurant in NW Portland, Janet Liu's favorite Chinese eatery. The Golden Horse has reopened and we are planning a return lunch visit on Thursday, July 29.

Golden Horse Seafood is a cornerstone in the Portland community and is known for its modern interpretation of classic Chinese dishes.
