Stress is a natural part of life. With age and during a pandemic, we might experience certain stressors, like the stress of care-giving, of being lonely or isolated, and of grief and loss. Learn to identify these stressors and build resilience against them using evidence-based practices for mental wellness.

Paige Reohr, M.S. Paige is an Oregon-native, PhD student of clinical psychology at Pacific University. Paige and the outreach team of fellow graduate students offer lectures, workshop-style presentations, and webinars to organizations in our communities to promote mental wellness and social connection among older adults during the pandemic.
