Description: River West Village member Holly Butler will host a Halloween open house party. In the spirit of the holiday, come in costume, if you choose. Door prize for best costume, games and puzzles, food and drink, with 2 real kittens.
At 3:00 p.m. we'll walk to the Multnomah Arts Center to hand out candy to the kids walking along SW Capitol Highway.
