The Highland Stillhouse is a wee bit of Scotland in historic Oregon City. Perched atop a bluff overlooking Willamette Falls, the pub offers authentically Scottish dining whether you are seeking traditional Scottish comfort food or a dram of your favorite single malt. All are welcome. Those wanting to carpool from SW Portland will gather at 11:30 am in the Neighborhood House Senior Center parking lot behind the Multnomah Arts Center, 7688 SW Capitol Hwy. If you want to meet us at the restaurant, we’ll be there about noon.
