RWV Song Circle
When: Third Sunday in May (to avoid conflict with Mother's Day) - but normally Second Sunday of each month, 4:00 until 6:00 PM
Where: St Luke Lutheran Church - Shalom Center, 4545 SW California St, Portland
Description: The Song Circle Sings Again! After a nearly 3-year pandemic hiatus, the Song Circle is making a comeback on the 2nd Sunday of each month. Led by the intrepid and inclusive Joan Glassel, everyone is welcome to come and sing with joy; don’t let an imperfect voice keep you from joining the fun. We sing traditional, folk, rock and roll classics. Bring your suggestions for songs you would like to sing, your enthusiasm and your acoustic instruments.
We'll be singing songs about earth, sunshine, water, as well as revisit "Angel From Montgomery". Come and suggest some of your favorites!
No registration needed - just bring your voice and show up!
